Shihan Vince is one of Shindo Karate’s senior instructors and has been operating the Altona Meadows dojo for nearly three decades. A 5th Dan Black Belt having trained more than 150 others towards their own black belt Shihan Vince has always believed “A Black Belt is simply a White Belt who never quit”. Classes are held at Queen of Peace Primary School three days a week.
